Using Video with Facebook & Instagram Ads for Event Promotion

The Client

The Tiger’s Eye – Fine Dining Restaurant in Phnom Penh, Cambodia

The Problem

The client needed a creative way to bring more customers into their restaurant and to generate buzz locally on social media.

The Solution

We captured high-definition video of their product and married it to laser-focused social media ad campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.

We created clips that work well on social media when accessed via smartphone  (the majority of users in Cambodia access Facebook & Instagram via their smartphones).

Finally, we researched and utilised highly-accurate audience targeting for these two platforms and based our ad placements on specific interests and geo-location data.

The Results

Our ad campaigns ran beautifully, communicating the client’s brand and delivering key call-to-action messages to their target audiences in Cambodia.

Through our work, the client was able to powerfully market to over 150,000 people in their target audience of local restaurant customers. Most importantly, the campaign significantly increased walk-in traffic for those time periods.
